Tropical Mango Chia Smoothie

Thick, creamy, and packed with fibre — this smoothie keeps you full all morning and tastes like a holiday.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth (about 60 seconds).
  2. Pour into a glass. The chia seeds will thicken the smoothie slightly as it sits.
  3. Drink immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
